for you people who like to get ease points of of some one who struggles with her english.it has a beack.
I want to know how it tase to us i have one cooking I never tried it.

A Guinea hen will remind you of chicken but that can be enhanced with what you baste them with. I like it to taste more like duck (sort of a fatty chicken flavor) so I flacor and baste them with orange juice and sprinkle with some grated orange peel.
