Parakeet Laying on Bottom Of the Cage But Is Still Alive?

i have this parakeet its laying on the bottom of my cage with its head kind of ****** to one side and it doesnt have very good balance almost like one of his legs has something wrong with it, and this all hapened when i left the house for the day and when i came home she was like this, what could it be, is there anything i can do?

if she is too bad, and you won't take her to an avian vet (or it seems it could do little good) you may want to put her to sleep.
wrap her in a piece of cloth, then shut her tightly in a plastic bag. Use 2 or 3 plastic bags to make sure.

Aww the poor birdie yes please take it to a vet. Us keets do not sit on the bottom of our houses we like high places. Anytime you keet spends time on the bottom of a house take it to a vet there is def something wrong with him.
