It's weird...
Sometime's I'll look so bloated to the point where I look pregnant. My stomach actually hurts too.
And no, it's not when I'm on my period.

All i drink is water, so it can't be that. But I do eat really fast. I guess I'll try to slow down.

Yes, certain foods do make you bloated, Everyone's body is different. So it depends on what you eat, When I eat soup my body is like what you described. It also depends on how fast you eat. I notice when I take my time and chew to break my food down into small pieces, and i eat slow i dont get that bloated, because its letting your food digest properly, Because when you eat fast and all at once, It all goes to your stomach and takes a bit for it to digest. I suggest you try eating slower, and this is just a tip, dont stand up and eat, lay down, or slouch, try sitting up straight.

Definitely. You might be lacking in certain enzymes that help you digest food. Talk to a pharmacist and see what he/she could suggest. You should also consider cutting your sodium intake...sodium can be a major cause of the bloat. Increase your water intake, too...it sounds strange, but the more water you drink, the less likely you are to retain in, because the body knows it is getting fluids on a regular basis.

Lots of different foods will do that to you especially broccoli, cabbage, onions etc. However, try drinking more water it helps the digestive system move the food along.
