To become a freemason, you simply need to ask a member of a local lodge if you can submit an application. The only requirements are that you believe in a higher power, that you are an adult male, and that you are of good character. You do not need to be related to a Mason, and contrary to popular belief, they will not find you and ask you to join. YOU MUST ASK.
The best way to go about this is to look up your local lodge. Just do a google search for the "Grand Lodge of (your state)" and then you can either contact them or look on the site to find the lodge closest to you. Most lodges give a phone number and an email address, as well as who to contact to join. If you need any help finding this information, feel free to contact me and I will help you.
You will most likely be asked to meet with some of the members of the lodge before you apply, and once your application has been submitted, they will check the references that you supply and do a bit of checking up on you to find out if you are a good person. This investigation process is much like checking references for a job. You will find that once you meet the members, they will be very helpful in answering your questions and will be happy that you are interested in the craft.

In order to be a mason just ask a mason. If you know where a masonic lodge is and are aware of their meeting times show up at the lodge ask a mason in the parking lot how to become one.

you have to ask someone who is a mason, they aren't allowed to invite anyone, you have to be the one to ask. then two high standing masons will have to nominate you. from what i understand, there's an application process, and they will have meetings on whether or not you can join. if you know someone who is a mason, ask them for an application. if you don't know one, then contact a local mason's lodge. good luck!
and btw, don't listen to those who say they're satanic, that's such a load of bullshit. that's just because mason's don't follow the teachings of the catholic church.

The only thing you have to do to become a mason is to contact one and tell them. Their motto is, 'To be one, ask one'. If you don't know any masons, contact one either on the internet or, by phone. Any lodge can get you in contat with the one that's closest to you.

You have to be nominated by another mason who knows you. you'll then be invited to the lodge to undergo the process of blackballing. A bag is passed round those senior masons present, each of whom has a white and a black ball. Each places a ball in the bag to signify his approval or disapproval: a single black ball means you don't get in. (Hence the expression.)

A Mason in good standing has to nominate you. Canidates are chosen by the Masons themselves.

One, two people have to get you in.
Two, you don't want to get into that if your Christian. Someone told me they have satanic ritual sayings(passwords). Careful, the higher you get 33 degrees the more deeper you are.
Pray and pray if Jesus Christ wants you in.
I'll be praying for you.
