If you mean to work it out in your head rather than using a calendar or excel or something it's fairly complicated.

This site explaisn how you can do it with a bit of practise tho!

I believe you are talking about the day you were conceived. No I don't think there is any formula. Nine months is the general rule of thumb. Some kids come early and some come late. I suppose if you were really comfortable with talking with your parents about their past sex life you could find out. That could be a bit of an awkward conversation

Type your date of birth in Excel.

Right click the cell and select FORMAT CELLS...

Under the NUMBER tab, select CUSTOM as your category.

Where it says TYPE (to the left of the box) enter dddd dd/mm/yyyy.

Press OK. Your date of birth will now be displayed with the day you were born in front. (eg Tuesday 09/12/1965)

the formula for finding your day of birth from your birth date? maybe if you repeat this a few more times to yourself you will figure it out

I don't know of any formula. The net is probably the best place to find out on what day you were born.

Go to google and put the date in and you should get a calander of that year.I just tried it and found that I was born on a Sunday which I never knew.

Go to the Microsoft website and pull down a calendar program for Excel. Type in the year and it will bring up the yearly calendar for that year and you can check for yourself...

Go to this website:
