Den BrethEEkan LExees. This is "modern" pronunciation, which differs from classical pronunciation. (Classical pronunciation was developed by Erasmus who was working on Greek texts of the bible in the 16th century and even he admitted it wasn't quite right.) At any rate, put the emphasis on the capital letters. One "e" is short, as in wet, two e's are long, as in peek. The letter η and the diphthong ει are pronounced the same way. Also the B in the first word is fairly soft, somewhere between B and V.

Den bréthèkan leseis [den bréthèkan lésace]

'Den' must be pronounced like 'in' with a 'd' in front.
'bréthèkan' should be pronounced like in French.
'lé' from 'léseis' must be pronounced like 'lé' in French.
Next, 'eis' from 'léseis' must be pronounced like 'ace' in English.
