chocolate. eat as much as you can... then move on to other foods in your home. then go on to the store. after you've gained 100 pounds, you'll be much too worried about your blood pressure to care about this broken heart.
worked for my uncle moe.

I want you to understand that you can have a broken heart many times in your life. Your heart just doesn't break once. Have you cried enough? Survive this and remember the bad times when you feel sad. Only time and new friends erase an old love. Stay busy too.

i usually give myself 3-7 days to wallow, depending how long i was with the person. I am on my third day now, it's getting worse day by day but by the end of the 7th day it'll all be over (well hopefully) because this guy is totally not worth it (except for being smokin hot). After i'm done wallowing, I will tell myself that I have school & work which are my priorities for now, not boys!

Very slowly. It takes time if you really loved someone. It is not something that is easy to do but you must get your mind off her or him and get your mind on something that interests you. You must make a concerted effort to try to put the person out of your mind and move on. The best thing at first is to cry and get your feelings out. Don't keep them pinned up inside of you. this is the worse thing you can do. Get with a friend and talk out the situation and get your feelings out in the open and then move on as best you can.

Here's what I did... Cry myself to sleep every night. Try to stay busy and spend time with close friends during the day. Pray about it. ... After about a year it starts to get better. I don't know how long it takes until the hurt is completely gone, but with time, it eventually happens.

Time... Time heals everything... I think crying it out also helps... But u might end up crying non stop and then the next thing, u know, your eyes will be puffy... When u are sad it is also advisable that u do things that u like... Maybe a foot massage?

aw, so sorry :'(
it takes time.
go out with your mates, have a laugh and do what you can to have as much fun as possible and forget the person that hurt you. and maybe as soon as you can-look for someone knew.
good luck!
...and try not keep things that remind you of that person too nearby, you'll just spend ages and ages looking at them. it won't help one bit
