Modern satanist, as started by Anton LeVey, don't believe in any supernatural entities. They use Satan as a metaphor or symbol for giving everyone else the finger, so to speak. They celebrate egotism and self-centered behaviour.

I think they're called Satan Worshippers. I've never heard of a satanist who believes in satan.

my brother worshiipped satan, and my entire family has received the mark of the beast!
i have many internet freinds that wont believe a word i say when i testify that I have seen a vision of Jesus christ. I am perplexed that christians hate my words too.
but they are people who dont want to believe in a fairy tale God.
but they are also those that would follow a false diety knowing full well that the cause of so much evil in the world is the very one that rebelled against God and now makes war against the saints. They would rather follow those that invent evil and wicked devices rather than humble themselves before God and believe in something so much greater.
