Is my pet white dove ill?

Its not acting normally like before, now it just sit and puffed all the time, its eye and nose look normal, but the dirt it excrete doesn't seem to be normal, it is only water that come out, its not like a normal dirt that usually pigeon/dove excrete.
And it ate and drink VERY few
It also move its head to the right and left side like how people disagreed.

And it has a little wound on his right wing, this is already there when I bought it, I didn't realize it has wound.
I already spread little antibiotic cream on that area of wound and maybe it would help?

Please tell me how to treat it.

No I didn't change its diet, its the same it ate in the pet store.

You can use a product on his wound called Bag Balm. some pet stores carry it since its used to put on pet wounds. (you can use it too for yourself! you can also buy it at drugstores.
Hmmm..I would call an Aviary Vet. You might have to call a few vets around in your area before you find one that takes birds.
Did you change his diet?
