i have dark brown hair!!! thick wavy hair?and wat color? iam going to get it in about 60 days for my 8th grade graduation ? what color of dress do you recommand and hair style?

The cost depends on how thick & long your hair is. Mine was also dark brown, thick & naturally wavy, and my highlights cost $130, and I got a discount because I knew the girl who was doing them. As far as the dress goes, just pick one that you feel good in!

A beauty school would be a good place to have it done. Perms ,haircuts, etc are about HALF the price you would payn at a beauty shop!! And, they have instructors there, to watch as the hair-stylist-to-be does your hair!

i bought a highlighter at the dollar store for 89 cents...good luck...cheaper than paying a salon...
