My stomach is the only part of my body that I don't like. I have been doing 30 min of cardio and 10min ab workouts since Jan (new years resolution) I have lost about 10 pounds so far but I don't really see a big difference in my stomach. I have had a smaller stomach in the past (before the kids) but it has never been flat. If your body naturally stores fat in the belly region then how or can you get rid of it. How often and how many crunches should I be doing.

Belly fat is the hardest for a woman to lose, especially after having kids. It's also usually the last to go.
Just remember that it's very good to do ab workouts like sit ups, but try increasing your cardio to 40 mins. Cardio will burn the fat. The ab work will only firm the muscles up so that when the fat is gone, you'll have muscle definition. Also, how often do you do the cardio? If you only do it three or four days a week, try increasing it by one day.
I would also suggest PIlates. I do it three times a week, and cardio two times a week, and it really helps to smooth out your mid section. I just bought home DVD PIlates workouts and love them. There's a great DVD called 10-Minute Solution: Pilates with Lara Hudson. It comes with five different 10-minute workouts that you can customize depending on your time and schedule.
I hope this helps. Stick with it! It's always good to hear that people lose weight the healthy way with excercise!

Well since you are doing cardio and ab workouts then I would say you are on the right track. You do however have to change your diet to get your stomach down. I know...i have the same problems!!!!! If it wasn't for my stomach I would be happy with my body. I had a baby 9 months ago and even though I've lost all my weight and my stomach is much smaller I still want to see more improvement.
Cutting out on starches and sugars can help with reducing stomach fat. You dont' have to cut them out forever and don't go on a crazy fad diet. But eating them in moderation is the key.
keep up the exercises too...oh and make sure you drink a lot of water everyday and give up soda even diet. Your body will thank you and you will see a big difference in how you feel.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I also have that problem and last summer i ran for 45 min 4 days a week and it helped get rid of almost all of it. My trainer says cardio, especially running is the best way to get rid of stubborn belly fat but he also said it is the hardest area to improve. I know cardio really stinks but you may want to try running for a little longer and definatly watch your carbs which was also a big contributer to my fat loss in that area.
hope that helps!

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. well for starters cut out fats in your diet, and you need to do an hour of cardio 4 or 5 times a week, and increase your ab routine
