I invited my nieces over for the weekend with giving it much thought.

They are 10 and 7. and my kids are 5 and 10months. The little ones easy but what can I do to entertain the older 3. I don't have any extra cash right now. What are some good activites?

The 3 older kids are all girls.

Ok i see exactly what you are saying. Usually when i have my little nieces over we have small parties. I know you said that money is scarces now so use around the house things. They can play dress up, which never last long but they also could play pedicure and manicure. Well actually you could paint their nails and toes, with like light pink polish. My daughter is 1 and she even enjoys the pretty paint on her hands and toes. You can take them to the park or something, you can let them play while you tend to your 10 month old. If your daughter has tea pots and play dishes you all can have a pinic in the house. Let them play til they get tired so they can sleep all night. lol. HAVE FUN

I let mine go in the kitchen, get out mixing bowls and use whatever they can find (without using stuff I need) and make up their own concoctions and recipes of goop. :) They love it. Also, building forts is super awesome for kids! All you need is blankets or sheets and maybe a flashlight....If you have a dog leash they could pretend they are fishing and one hooks something on the leash and tugs a little...print out some coloring pages from the internet, or find fun games they can play on yahoo! games. Have them solve a mystery...leave little clues around the house and make them investigate and get a prize when they figure it out....it doesn't have to be easter to do an egg hunt, only you don't have to use eggs...it can be a ball, one hides it and the others try to find it with the one who hid it saying "hot" or "cold"....so much fun stuff..don't you remember being little?

It depends where you live, but you could go to a park where they have swing sets and slides. 10 and 7 years really like those things.
You could play games with them. Play charades. I know that kids like that.
