Wow, good question! Do you think that the Borg would be able to adapt to lightsabers and Sith lightning? If so the Sith are screwed. However, the Sith can move pretty quick, and its possible that their mad moves would be enough to take down a Borg... I'm torn on this one!

False. The Borg wouldn't even be able to find the Sith. They only have 2 followers at any given time. The reason Palpatine was so easily identified was because he was greedy for political power. Vader was just along for the ride.
