It says it is calorie free and sugar free it does have sodium though 65mg per serving which is 8oz.
You are supposed to drink 8-10 8oz glasses of water perday do you think you can include the flavored water in you daily requirements of water?

you could, but basically that's just colorless fruit juice! if you really want juice, just drink real juice, like orange juice or just drink plain water, which is the best choice.

splenda is a toxic chemical. You would be better off putting a squeze of fresh lemon, lime or orange in pure spring water. Its nice with mint or cucumber as well. I drink a gallon of water a day this way. Be sure you are not drinking tap water or bottled water labeled "pure" or "enhanced", as they all contain bleach and other nasty stuff.

Yes, count the flavored water as part of your daily water intake. How do you like the new product? I was thinking it sounded good and not so boring as plain water!

splenda is a toxic chemical like someone above said, if you want flavored water, I suggest real fruit juice, or just drink normal bottled water

plain old water would be a lot better, no matter what youve heard Splenda is not made from real sugar, its a marketing gimic, so stick with water its better for you, and a heck of a lot cheaper, google it and find out for yourself, Good luck.

Yes it can be some but not all, you need to drink plain water for most of your intake.
