I need to buy safety rails for my toddler's full-size bed. Which rails are the safest and most durable?

Are you sure you want to build them? If so, I have no advice, but you know you can go to babies R us or some such place and buy removable rails that fold down during the day for not very much money. Personally we used a bed that was intended to be a top bunk because it had built-in, removable rails for each of our kids as they moved into a big kid bed.
