Is there any programs that I can use to clean up vector images for vinyl cutting?

A lot of the vector images I use have sharp edges and need to be smoothed out so that I can make a clean copy with my vinyl cutter. Thank You for the help.

i in my opinion realized this one getting sized at victorias secret. Wash em contained in the bathe with fabrics softener once a week or another week. Works marvelous and they dont get wiped out
