Well its said that "even though they speak the same language women are another species".
Women are not similar to men not only from outside but from inside as well. Its thousands of years of evolution. While men go hunting concentrating on a single target at a time, avioding everything else that surrounds him and figure out tactics to gain advantage over the prey, woman back in the cave has to take care of the young ones, the food, fend off wild animals which might hunt down her young ones etc at the same time. So eventually men developed a 'tunnel view' and use only one hemisphere of the brain at a time with the ability to apply insta logic to solve the problem, women developed 'peripheral view' to use both the hemispheres of her brain either for same purpose or both for different purposes with multiple attention. So women can mug up more with her brain compared to men. This is the reason why women listen better in classes and remember well the color of the lipstick of the woman her husband admired the other day.
While in the forest after a prey, there are not many landmarks and the best way to figure out is using the directions and logic. But women on the otherhand with a better observation power better rely upon landmarks, not the directions written on a map.
And about your main question...Female of the species is the one who chooses. She is the one who decides who should be the father of her offspring for only a healthy father can provide a healthy offspring who has a better chance of survival. So she needs a reason why mating with the particular male is the best choice. Accordingly, allows him to mate with her only if the conditions are favourable and she can provide a better support and protection for her offspring. For this reason women are designed in such a way that even though they want to have sex they will have it only if the guy can make them feel secure.
Job of a male on the other hand is to spread seeds and he is designed such that he should be ready whenever a female is and wherever a place is available.

This woman needs no 'reason' for sex, but with someone I care about does make it much more enjoyable
1. I am not a talker (yapper that is)
2. I can read a map just fine
3. I own at the most 5 pairs of shoes

Yes its true. That's why sex between a man and women works so well. Between having a place (from the man) and having the reason (from the woman) you have two main ingredients for a good sex life. Men can help women enjoy the spontaneity of the sex and women can help men see the passion and romance of the sex!!

Yes women need areason, that's why we like to hear ''I love you.'' Men just need a place, but a good man will think of the woman and what she needs.
