Its usually on the lower left part of my head. Im worried i had them for a while now and it just wont go away

Sounds more like a migraine to me. I've been getting migraines for about 8 years now. If they are really bad I would make an appointment to see a neurologist. Ask him/her for a persribction for help control the severity of the migraine. Also, see if you can get an M.R.I done as well. If you don't have the money to see a doctor try taking Excedrin Migraine when you feel a migraine coming. Put an Ice Pack on your head and lie down in a dark, quiet room for awhile. could be migraines. Go to a doctor, who might order an MRI on your skull.

Go to the doctor, could be stress or you might have some type of infection.
