cuddle with her very tightly and at the same time tell her that you love her she will love that much more than chocolate that will make her feel fat or flowers that will die. Yep just give her the love and I'm sure she will be fine with that. Oh man now I miss my ex:(

something that would surprise her
take her flowers to work, take her to the place you had your first date or fist kiss somewhere you know she cant help but feel happy as soon as she starts thinking about the place.

Hang out more often with her, bring her out to a funny movie to cheer her up. Also crack some jokes to liven her up again.
