Oh, it's quite alright for you to form your own opinions. As long as those opinions end up being exactly the same as mine.

That is rather silly advice. Yes, God gave you a mind and you should indeed use it. But remember, there are things that go beyond what our puny minds can fathom, and there we need to do some lateral thinking. Can the mind believe? Can the mind trust? There are some things that you cannot work out logically. You have to venture beyond mere calculation.

Think whatever you want, but how much information do you really think you have? We all start out knowing almost nothing about the world and have to piece things together from the info we come across, not forgeting a lot of that info is just wrong. So make your own opinions, but don't forget to listen.

Of course we have our opinions, but we just have to bring forth our opinion in the right way to people and not to be argumentive. Opinions can form into arguments with other people. We just have to be careful at times how bring our opinions to light with others and in a good way not a negative way.

Actually he would! From what I've seen, the whole point is that you're given all these things - desires, thoughts, opinions, etc. - that you're supposed to DENY.
Rather pointless, but I'm pretty sure that's how the game is structured.

God gave us free will to use our minds, and to create our thoughts. God wants us to choose him, he is waiting for us to make the right choices.

Don't follow what people say,you have to follow what God said through his prophets, and what God says is more difficult and complicated than what your brain could reach,so you have to obey God's orders, and you can use your brain in other aspects of life,NOT TO DISOBEY GOD.

Good for you. Keep it up. Use organized religion as a simple guideline and then use your heart to seek your truth. God will understand your quest if it is sincere.

God didnt give us a mind to reason ourselves away from him. He gave us a mind so that we could use it to serve our fellow man and he.
Come now, let us reason together," says the LORD. "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool. -Isaiah 1:18

And any god that was "real" wouldn't prohibit a little honest examination. Truth has nothing to fear.
