It's sad, but no, there isn't. Couples will always end up breaking up, whether it be in high school or college or even after that. True, couples get married, but when one dies, the love has diminished right then and the one who is still living will go find another mate, so no, everlasting love doesn't exist.

I believe there is. Both people have to be willing to work on the relationship however. You have to have trust and friendship as well as the physical part of the relationship. These days, it seems most people run away at the first sign of any trouble. It's so easy to give up than face problems together and work through them. I think most anything can be worked through as long as both parties want to and are strong enough to stick through the issues together. (For me, if there is cheating going on and trust is broken, that may be the one thing I wouldn't be able to stick through). I know couples who have been together a long time. My parents will hit 50 years in a few more years. My aunt and uncle already hit the 50 mark and are working on 52. It's really dependent on the people in the couple. You can make it last forever!

no, i dont think so, ive been with the same woman for 18yrs, and my love i had for her died so no i dont think love is meant to last.
