Yesterday morning I was searching through the multiple listing webpage for new homes. Then last night I was looking through the yahoo singles site. And it struck me how similar the experiences were. Also that it is going to be so much easier to buy a very nice house. Anyone else blown away that it is easier to buy a house than to date? When I was 20 and pennieless I would never have believed it.

ee-aaw I already have a very nice house in a trendy neighborhood, and a new car, all that jazz. Think about it. You don't walk around with a sign around your neck, and women don't flag down nice cars. That really counts for nothing. After age 30 the odds get alot tougher in the dating game.

I'm not talking about finding the love of my life compared to buying a house. I'm talking about finding someone to even date compared to buying a house. After a 10 year relationship I've been single a year and not one date, if I really wanted to I could find and make a deal on a very nice house in just a few hours. When I was in my 20's it was as easy to meet and ask out a cool chick.

It is the same on a woman's perspective. I have been single for almost 3 years, I am attractive and successful. I just can't understand how there are so many freaks out there!!

It's absolutely crazy how the two are so similar. And again I agree that you have a better change of getting a good house than a good date. I think it's because houses can't really lie, the owners can, but once you go and see the house, and after a little inspection, you know what you're getting. Even after emails and phone calls and a few meetings with a person, you still have no idea if it's a "good buy" or not :)

Its easy to find a house. Its not always easy to find someone that you are ready to commit to, maybe start a family with and all. That takes alot of time and patience to find. A house is a house, you dont have to make love to it and deal with the way they are...BIG difference! A date is a date, but you date so you can find what you like or dislike, just what you want in a wife. Thats the hard part. Just finding a date for dinner or a drink should not be that hard, unless, of course, you're a psycho path!

Its not hard to find a girlfriend. First you have to know what you wantand what your looking for. Just like with a house. Houses are different. If they were all the same people won't buy them. You know what you like and want so go for it. Your not going to go out with just any girl, Just like your not going to but any house. Sit down an think on what type of chick you want

Here's the deal Playa. After you get your house/car hooked up, you'll be kickin' it with the ladies. Forget about that internet dating crap go out and meet real girls. There's lots of em and it's more fun.
