lol, sorry, can't help you, you gotta have the will power there and with your job, more than most. Try cutting back slowly, so instead of stuffing your face, have less and less each day till eventually you ween yourself off. Also do lots more exercise outside work hours, at least that'll increase your daily burned calories. good luck xx

Have you tried taking a packed lunch to work with you? Something healthy and tasty, like raw fruit, or sandwiches? Having a good breakfast, especially of high fibre bran can help keep you full. If you must have some of the food, try eating small quantities, chewing each bite for as long as possible and savouring the taste. This will help fill you up faster. Hope that helps!

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. Here's a suggestion: Pack your own lunch and bring snack foods. Include cut vegetables and fruits. Eat them and do understand that there is neurological proof that your body can develop an addition to simple carbs. You may go through a bit of "withdrawl."
But when I read your message, it's clear you know what you need to do. Hang in there. You're on the right track and better health is waiting for you.

I would just make a commitment just for ONE day and if you like the way you feel at the end of your day, then talk yourself into doing it just ONE more day. Then before you know it you won't want to stuff your face. Good luck!

It's all about will power. After all, who is in control? The food or you?
