I have no parents, so on my wedding day I will be dancing the father daughter song with my uncle, which I know loves me, but no as much as their own kids of course. So I don't want to pretent with a song with a dramatic lyric that I know is not true.

Through the Years by Kenny Rogers. I danced to that with my father even though we were never that close when I was growing up but always knew that he loved me and that he would be there for me.

I had a similar problem at my wedding back in January. My parents are divorced and my dad hasn't been in my life for 15 years, so my big brother walked me down the aisle and danced with me. We danced to "My Wish" by Rascal Flatts. It was perfect. Good luck!!

This is a GREAT one. They play it on K-love (Christian radio) and it almost makes me cry everytime thinking about when my own daughter will be all grown up. It called "butterfly kisses" by Bob Carlisle.

Well, if you were close to him throughout your childhood, "Through the years" by Kenny Rogers is a nice song.
