Please don't worry over your BMI... weight alone doesn't tell you if you are skinny or not. You need to know your body fat percentage!

Body fat should be somewhere around 20-25%. If it's higher you need to lose fat, no matter what your weight is.

Given what you wrote my guess is, you've lost some fat and looked skinnier than you were when you were heavier.

Hi.
First of all I suppose you are mature; second I am suggesting one way to measure yourself.

(YOUR LENGTH - 150cm) / 2.5 = x
( x * 2.2) + 50kg = Normal Weight

According that:
(170 - 150) / 2.5 = 8
(8 * 2.2) + 50 = 67.6

Depend to generation and nationality + - 4 kg won't be abnormal.

Then I have to say, sorry! you are skinny

regards

BMI=18 means you're a little below normal, coz normal is from 20-25

well you're BMI is 18.7
This means you are 0.2 from being underweight so yes, you are skinny. I'd aim to put a few pounds on if I were you, just to be more secure in the healthy region xx

yes i'd say so...for your height anything under 60kg is probably skinny...but of course it depends on bone structure and stuff
