Can DHS force someone that is not being abused into a nursing home against her and her family's will?

Home Health Care made the decision that she was in a bad situation. The family feels otherwise. She has been well taken care of. Do they need to consult a lawyer in this situation?

no,they can make them go,have a word with her family doctor he could stop it

YES!!!!! Home heath care can only suggest what they feel would be best for someone they can not force it. if the family involved does not agree then just say no. by law they cant force someone they can just suggest.
