It is really a very tricky question to answer. In fact there won't be any creation with only peace.Creation arises from duality. For instance if everything is white, you will loose the interest in watching and you may develop depression by continuously watching white. We live in this world because of the alternating joy and sorrow. When suffering, we hope for joy in the future and again we can not enjoy continuously. If you consume sweet, you can take two or three pieces at a time. If you start consuming the fourth one you will feel like vomiting. At that time the only medicine is to consume some hot (chilly) or salty dishes. If you are residing in a cold country, you will be longing for sunshine. Our body can not cope up with extremities. The hot weather drives you to a cool or air-conditioned place. In winter we are in need of heaters. The so called sufferings and pain we undergo is a precursor for enjoyment of good days. Pleasure is the interval between two pains. We can not appreciate pleasure unless we go through pain. Hence this is inevitable in creation. They are the two sides of the same coin. You can not reject one side and accept a coin. nagarajan.

God is allowing time for the settling vital issues:
1) The righteousness and rightfulness of God's rule was challenged in Eden. (Genesis 2:16, 17; 3:1-5)
2) The integrity of all of God's servants in heaven and on earth was called into question. (Job 1:6-11; 2:1-5; Luke 22:31) God could have destroyed the rebels, Satan, Adam, and Eve, immediately, but that would not have settled matters. Might does not prove that one's cause is right. The issues raised were moral ones. God's allowing of time was, not to prove any point to himself, but to permit all creatures with free will to see for themselves the bad fruitage produced by rebellion against his rulership, also to afford them opportunity to demonstrate where they personally stand on these matters. With these issues settled, never again would anyone be permitted to disrupt the peace. The good order, harmony, well-being of the entire universe depend upon the sanctifying of Jehovah God's name, the treating of him with heartfelt honor by all intelligent creatures.
If God had just forgiven or ignored Adam's sin, it would really have made God party to the wrongdoing. That would not have improved conditions on earth at all. And it would have resulted in disrespect for God on the part of his angelic sons, and it would mean that there was no real basis for hope of anything better. Also, if God had immediately executed Adam and Eve, following their sin, none of us would be in existance today. The fact that God has allowed this sinful world to exist until now has afforded us the opportunity to be alive and learn his ways, to make needed changes in our lives, and to avail ourselves of his loving provisions for eternal life. This is evidence of his great love for us.
God is not going to allow wickedness and suffering to continue forever. (Psalm 37:9, 10)

Because the most high God did say NOT TO DO in that world which is good and evil.
Now, we are punished that we were born in the world where Adam and Eve who were kicked out of the peace like Eden.

He isn't a control freak. His heart desires that we come to him of our own free will. Love, freely given, is priceless. Love, given because it has to be, is worthless.
Isn't that the way our relationships are? If I could MAKE a woman love me, what would I have? Control. That, to be honest, just doesn't make my socks roll up and down the way love does, freely given by a woman in response to my pursuit of her!
In reply to the answer above mine, I would suggest Adam bears the brunt of the responsibility for the "fall". Scripture says Eve gave some of the fruit to her husband who was with her. The Hebrew for "with her" means he was elbow to elbow with her and did NOTHING to rescue her from the serpent. Whether the enemy tempted Eve because he saw her as the weaker of the two, or because he hated her more because her beauty is the pinnacle of God's glory and because she gives life, through the power of the Holy Spirit, could be argued. But Adam just STOOD there and didn't do a dang thing. He bailed out of his responsibility.

Because Eve started all the evilness, don't you know? So all women are evil by nature, inferior to men, etc.
On the flip side, you're not the supposed son of God who was crucified, either, so why do you get to have all your sins taken away?
Or do you want both? If you believe in the bible, then you must believe that women caused all evil AND Jesus took away your sins, or you must logically denounce both of them. To do different is hypocritical and contradictory.

if he did than you would not be here,
me neither,
there would be no need,
i am not making fun of you, i agree in a way, an idealistic, make believe fantasy, of which i want to belong to,..
all i know is he has a plan to counteract, or re-vamp yikes that sounded bad.. but i mean,, i think in a way, if it did not go the way he wanted when he started all of this,,, then we or "THEY" (the oversexed, ungrateful, disobedient ones) CREATED THE PROBLEM,, SO IN A WAY HE MADE A MISTAKE, AND I HOPE I DONT GET IN TROUBLE FOR SAYING THAT,, BUT IF GOD DID NOT GET WHAT HE WANTED, AND THEN OUR BROTHER ADAM AND SISTER EVE, MESSED UP THE IDEA, SO HE LET THEM CLEAN UP, AND SUFER, AND THEN HERE IT IS THE WORLD.. AND WE HAVE TO GET THE ORIGINAL MESSAGE AND PLAND AND EVENTUALLY FIGURE OUT THE MESSAGE, AND SOMEHOW, SOMEWAY,, GET BACK TO THAT TIME,, WOW, I AM TIRED, AND THAT IS ALL FOR NOW
SO YOU DID NOT EAT THE FRUIT,, BUT YOU ARE EATING IT NOW,, RIGHT??

Maybe because there is no such thing is god. They say god is forgiving. All Adam and eve did was one thing wrong one thing. Not very forgiving if he is still pissed about it. We get baptized because of this apple so we should be forgiven for it. So take me to the garden man.

God is outside time. He knew it would happen and allowed it anyway because He loves us. Therefore He also created a plan...for Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. He's promised that if a nation will turn from their sins, He will heal their land.

because men are free to choose. God has chosen that he will not interfere in a persons life to choose. However for every choice a person makes there is a consequence.
God himself would hope that mankind would choose Life and choose not to sin, so because of his love and mercy and longsuffering he waits till the day men will choose to repent and follow Righteousness. until that day comes Jesus is the propitiation for sin, and the mediator for all mankind to God the Father.

Do u want a short answer or the truth.
Think back to the Garden of Eden, Satan, who was born a perfect spirit creature rebelled against god. He was not created wicked. God gave everyone of us free will, including the angels, because he wanted us to love him and worship him out of genuine love for him not under compulsion. Satan thought that he could do a better job at ruling than God, becuase Satan was selfish and wanted the people to follow him, so he went down to Eden and spoke to Eve through a serpent and told her that she would not die if she ate from the tree and that God just didn't want them to be like God knowing good and bad and being able to make decisons for themselves, thus lying and misleading them. Adam and Eve sided with Satan and deliberately disobeyed God's commandment and ate from the tree, thus starting a rebellion. ( Gen 3:1-5) This hurt God, because he loved them so much and had given them everthing they could have ever wanted, something would we can only dream of. Everlasting life, peace, no bills, no death, no sickness, no crime, no war. But when they disobeyed God they brought sin and death into the world, as God told them they would, thus this spread to all their descendents, kind of like a gene that passes on. Remembering that other angels were in existence, by cutting off Adam, Eve, and Satan, God would not have set the matter straight about his sovereignty, his right to rule, that Satan brought into question, thus other angels would have wondered " Is he really holding something back from us?" and would have rebelled as well, so he allowed time to progress to prove that his way was righteous, and prove Satan a liar. As a result of Satan and his demons, we live in the world conditions that we are in today with hate, crime, sickness, death, war, famine, child prediators, thieves, murders and other horrible conditions. We play apart in this answer to Satan and his demons, who will you side with? (Proverbs 27:11) Satan tests us, not God ( James 1:13), to see will we follow him and follow the things of this world, such as sexual immorality, drunkardness, materialism, idolatry, pride, whatever selfish desires that we have that Jehovah doesn't approve, Satan tries us to see whether we will remain loyal to God or turn our backs on him. Thus God has allowed time to prove that Satan's way of ruling this world has caused nothing but hardship and no one is able to rule better than him. Meanwhile Jehovah helps his servants. " No temptation has taken you other than what is common to man, God is faithful and will not let you be tempted beyond what u can bear, but along with the temptation he will make a way out in order for u to be able to endure ( 1 Cor 10:13)This means that Jehovah will not let Satan test beyond what u can bear, also that he will make a way out for u in whatever test that Satan brings your way and while making a way out for u help will help u to endure to the end. Very loving on his part. However we can be confident that Jehovah, who is love, (1John 4:8 "God is Love"), you better believe cares about this matter 100 times more than we being imperfect humans do, and will bring an end to this very, very, very shortly. Why so long? 2 Peter 3:9 gives you the answer. He's not slow, as we (imperfect) have a tendancy to think, but is patient with us because he desires none to be destroyed but for all to attain repentance. Very deep. 2 Tim 3:1-5, and Matt. 24-3-14 talks about the end of this system of things(Satan's system of things) and signs that indicate the end of it, where he bring to ruin Satan and his demons and the wicked people of the earth. God has already put a plan into place that will vendicate his name and his people, those that are actually following his laws and living their lives in accord to his standards found in the Bible. He sent his son Jesus Christ to die and offer up his body as a sacrifice for our signs so that anyone execersing faith in him may not be destroyed but have everlasting life. ( John 3:16) meaning only those that are worshiping only the Father and following in Jesus footsteps and observing his commandments will be released from this opressive system of things. What awaits those who do? The Kingdom of God. Dead loved ones wil be resurrected to life. (Acts 24:15) " And he will wipe out evry tear from there eyes, and death will be no more, neither mourning, nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."(Revelation 21:4). Hope that answers your question.
