it does nothing. The best thing youcan do is to go get lice shampoo or kerosene and keep it on your head for about 20 minutes. Then let someone or you do it yourself Run a lice comb through your head until you cant find anymore.

I hope you are using lice killing shampoo. You also have to de-lice your home. Make sure you have a de-licing comb to remove all the "nit" from your hair shaft, if you don't the lice will come back. You "must" de-louse your home too,by spraying with a de-lousing spray. This includes all bedding, furniture, carpet, and your clothes. All material will allow lice to live and be transferred to you again or to someone else. Remember, you are contagious to everyone, do not share combs or brushes.

lice resulted from unhealthy habit..you scratch because it's itchy...itching of the scalp is sometimes because of dundraft or bites by lice,or any allergies...wash your hair daily with anti lice shampoo,or anti dundraft shampoo to get rid of those itchiness caused by lice or dundraft...not washing your hair increases those lice not by scratching..

Heres an Idea.. Wash your hair more oftem and you won't have lice!! Once a month is not a good thing...at least once a DAY is.

go to your local pharmacy! They have shampoos, combs, just ask pharmacist. They'll tell you what to do.
