There are many ways to group nutrients. In addition to minerals, you also have trace elements.

Carbs are made out of sugars so generally sugars would not be considered a seperate group if you're listing carbs.

For decades, many research institutes have referred to antioxidants as nutrients as well.

Water is generally not regarded as a nutrient. The body needs it, but the body needs fiber to function and it's not considered a nutrient either.

You can also group nutrients by function. Some nutrients are "plastic" in that they provide structure to the body. This includes Protein and calcium. Some nutrients are energetic. This includes fats and certain carbohydrates (but keep in mind that not all carbs can be used for evergy). Other nutrients enable functions in the body. For example, Vitamin C is vital for collagen formation in the body. Without it you will die from a disease called Scurvy.
