I posted yesterday about taking unprescribed Lortab. Well I know it isn't good to take things that weren't prescribed to you but seriously isn't there any other option but entering some clinic? Aren't there overseas sites that will ship them so you can wean yourself off? I don't understand why it is such a big deal...the stuff doesn't kill you. There is also a codeine prescription my friend is pressuring me to get filled for her (I'm allergic to the stuff.) I say no, but she won't let up on it. What's a tactful way to say no? I don't think people realize how addictive this stuff is even after a short time. I know I didn't.

Lortab is taken by some out of curiosity perhaps? You hear about how it makes you feel and you think... I wonder.

let's start with this first---yes, the stuff can kill you...people o'd every week on hydrocodone...it's a felony to fill unlawful scrips, meaning other people's scrips and or giving your scrip to another...i know about the warm and fuzzy...i know how easy it is to like it...i would suggest you taper off (e-mail me for details)...and , remember this: what will you do when you really need pain killers (broke arm...back ache...dental pain...etc.)...uh, oh...now you've developed a tolerance, and trust me, the docs aren't ok with that...you'll have to 'fess up to get the amount of relief you need...it can be a nightmare when your med chart says "drug seeker"... :) much love, and peace, tammy

Keep doing illegal activity and you will get caught, plain and simple...explain that to your friend as well. I'm guessing you have already formed an addiction to Lortab? I know tolerance can be built up for them...you need more to get the same desired effect over time. Why are you taking them in the first place?

If she is a REAL friend she will understand...if not, TUFF...
I broke my leg last week and was prescribed Lortab...I personally don't know what the big deal is with them.I wasn't impressed with them. I have stopped taking them and am now taking Darvoset.

it is illegal to take prescription meds that arent yours

it is illegal to fill the script to give to someone else

you could go to jail--tell your friend no, stick to it. let her get mad--she will get over it...
