Give her the opportunity to come by the house and spend some time with you there. She'll see that nothing is going on with the woman and maybe even become friends with her. It's hard when your girlfriend has no opportunity to witness the situation because it gives her time to imagine all sorts of more incrimination situations than the one that is actually occurring.
If you're very serious about your girlfriend and are looking to take the next step, consider telling your dad that you can't work on the house because you don't want to do anything to make your girlfriend uncomfortable. She'll really appreciate it...and when a similar situation comes up with her in the future, she'll probably do the same for you.

Constant reassurance is probably the only way. And consider taking your gf to meet with this woman. While all three of you are together, be very affectionate with your gf, so she is reassured that you are demonstrating to this woman that you are very much a couple. And the woman will get the message too.
As a side issue, flirting is always fun. But it can have disastrous consequences, so be careful not to give out the wrong messages.

I read a book that said that you should not have opposite sex friends when you are in a relationship. Ok let me clear that, she should not just be your friend but a friend to both of you. You have to let your g/f meet her, that is the only way to ease her mind. Let the other girl see the two of you together as well as your g/f see you and the other girl together. She is not jealous because she thinks you are cheating but this other girl is a threat until she knows different. GOOD LUCK

do something special for her so she knows that you really care. and maybe stop spending so much time with this older woman, shouldn't you be working anyway? just tell the lady nicely when she treis to flirt with you that you have work to do. i know you said you would be a little jelous if the situation were reversed so think of what you would want you gf to do to ease your jealousy.

Have you ever done anything in the past to create doubt in your girlfriend? If not, all you can do is continue being honest with her. Let her know that she's the one. If that's not enough, then it's no longer a matter of what you can do for her. It would be on her. Some women are insecure and it really shows itself when they feel threatened (Even when there's no threat!). For me, my husband works with pretty women, (He works with cars), and I'm not threatened at all. I trust him enough to leave him alone. It's all about respect.

Stop talking to this woman & get on with what you are supposed to be doing. Talking is how these things start. I wouldn't be too happy either if you were my boyfriend. Its not that I wouldn't trust you, its that I wouldn't trust that woman. When you are having a break go outside & text your girlfriend or call her. Make her feel that she is number one. And make it quiet clear to the other woman that you are not interested & don't engage in deep conversations with her.
You will lead her on.

If you do not tap this beautiful piece of asss, you are going to regret it the rest of your life. Now, you may not regret if for another 3-5 years but eventually you will.
Your girlfriend is going to be jealous regardless of wht you do. If you hit it, she'll be jealous, if you don't hit it...she'll still be jealous. If you try to not make her jealous...she'll become even more suspicious and jealous.
And the ironic thing about kids like you in relationships with these jealous broads is this... I'd be willing to bet, it's going to be your girl who's going to be the one to have that fling one night and then you'll really be kicking yourself in the ***. It's your girlfriend not your wife!
Besides you're not innocent. You're spending all this time talking with this woman, you want to hit it too and she knows it. And how does your girl frined know so much about this woman, are you one of these guys who get off on making your insanely jealous lover, jealous?
geesh!
