It might be just him not being able to talk about such things.
A lot of men don't like to show their feelings. Ask him and see what he says. He might love you just as much but can't show it the way you do.

men sometimes do not show or rely there feelings as easy as women do. You should ask and if you get a flip answer than I would really evaulate where the relationship is going. Good luck

Have you talked to him and ask him how he feels about you? It may seem like he doesn't but if you don't have a relationship based on trust and communication you'll never find out.

thats the same way i feel, after i got pregnant, he keeps pushing me around and threatning me. sometimes he tells me hes gonna kill me when i have this baby and it turns out not to be his. i know for aure it is tho cuz i havent slept around. guys are weird
