He probably did. And yes, it would be cool. But what would you do if you turned out to be one of his descendants?

That is something nobody has come to think about, yet. The consequences for those people could be dangerous.

...considering that, according to the christian bible, ALL of us come from Adam and Eve, then we should all be related anyway, so it wouldn't make too much of a difference if some of us are descendatns of Jesus. And if there has been some Jesus that DID reproduce, then this woud not be the Jesus the christian bible is talking about, so it would again not make any difference... Therefore no, it would not be cool.

There isn't one shred of evidence—not one—to support this idea. The latest book and the upcoming documentary are fiction—and that's exactly what this idea is: fiction.

Nowhere in the Bible (or in any other Christian writing after Jesus' ministry) is there any hint at all that Jesus was married. For example, His closest relatives and disciples came together at the cross as He was dying—but no wife is mentioned, as she would have been if He had been married. Jesus' sole concern then was for the welfare of His mother (see John 19:26-27).

This isn't to say that Jesus disapproved of marriage—not at all. In fact, His first miracle took place at a wedding, to which He had been invited with His mother and some of His disciples (see John 2:1-11). God gave marriage to us, and Jesus spoke often about the joys and responsibilities of marriage. Most of the earliest disciples were married, including Peter (whose mother-in-law was healed by Jesus—Mark 1:30).

Jesus came into the world for one reason: to die for our sins on the cross. Don't be misled by myths that might turn you away from that great truth. Instead, make sure of your commitment to Him, for "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree (cross), so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness" (1 Peter 2:24).

Perhaps, not really sure how cool, but would be a point of interest. I'm not sure what the big deal is, theologically. I can see that the world's history could have been very different if he had descendants and they were known, but nothing in Christian teaching would have made them special or reduced his divinity.

That absolutely with out a doubt did not happen! How a Christian could ever allow that kind of idea even a moments thought is beyond me. Jesus had to have died perfect and without sin or he could not have offered his perfect human life as a ransom in place of the perfect human life that Adam lost. All would have been lost and the Bible could not have been finished. This is just another tourist trap and money making venture and gives people something to worshiop other than the God who created them. Just like the shroud of turin (sp), and will prove to be a hoax. No, it absolutely would not be cool. That would make everything that Jesus went through for us, for nothing.

Dont be silly, If He isnt what He said or what the Bible said He is then he will just be like a normal person who live 2000 years ago and a large decendency is not a problem... But it just wasnt that way

Why do you want to ask these type of silly questions, has history shown that Jesus had a son and did he marry, if it would have that way yes you may have one of his descendants but don't you think that you mocking your own religion by inking these theories which are baseless

Yes, but it depends on if his son reproduced also. He may not have if he is buried with both of his parents...but then Jesus was buried with his parents also. Interesting questions to think about with the finding of Jesus's tomb.

yes it is cool, and i think that it is cool that we were created by GOD,
A HIGHER POWER THAN ME,
SOMETHING, SOME ENERGY CREATED ME, EVERY DETAIL, EVERY UNIQUE, CURIOUS, AWESOME, AND INTENTIONAL CELL, AND MOLECULE, AND THE ETC,, AND I AM FROM HIM..
SO ARE YOU,, SO NOMATTER WHAT WE KNOW OF JESUS (SEX LIFE) WHICH IS NOT THE POINT, THE POINT IS, I COME FFROM ROYALTY, OF THE HIGHEST, I AM RELATED TO, AND A CHILD OF THE GREATEST AND HIGHEST MIRACLE,, SO I GUESS WE ARE ALL RELATED,, AND THAT IS WONDERFUL,

PS I THINK THAT THE HOLY SPIRIT IN JESUS WAS MORE DEVELOPED SPIRITUALLY, AND DEVELOPED A HIGHER PURPOSE THEREFORE, MAYBE THRU CONSCIOUS CHOICE, I AM NOT SURE OF THIS, BUT MAYBE SO..DID NOT HAVE A NEED FOR THE DESIRES OF THE FLESH,, OR AT LEAST SACRAFICED EVEN MORE THAN HIS LIFE, MAYBE HIS TEMPTATIONS,, WELL, I WOULD LIKE TO THINK OF JESUS LIKE THIS, (MORE WILL POWER), to FULLFILL THE WILL OF THE "FATHER"
