Get out of the house.
I related so much to your question, and that is why I make it a point to get out and do things with my 3 out of the house. Sign up for classes---they are sooo great for the kids and I like that they are at a set time, so it MAKES me get up and dressed and out of the house by 9:00 (or whatever time you like.) Our city's rec-center offers tons of reasonably priced classes for toddlers. Mommy and me art classes, music class, gym class....... The local library offers free story time classes (I sign up for them at all 3 libraries in my area!) Gymboree classes are kind of expensive, but if $ insn't too tight they are fun. Get involved in your local pre-school pta--- I personally hate the whole "meetings" part of it, so I don't go to them, pay my dues, and just go to the field trips they offer. A great way to meet other moms and kids your age..... so that you can have play dates at parks etc. and find excuses to GET OUT OF THE HOUSE! LOL
Don't beat yourself up---it really is hard not to fall into a lull especially if you are used to working and are an active person. There are too many temptations and it is too easy to just be "lazy" if you are sitting at home all day. Really, if you are just gone for the morning, get back, have lunch, the kids nap..... Most of the day is done, and the day will fly by. Plus, the kids are so much happier---everyone likes a change of scenery, AND you are exposing them to all sorts of great things like books, music, art, interacting with other children....

I know exactly what you mean it is easy to fall into a lazy rut when home with a toddler, I work about 4 days a week, but when I am home all day with my son I make him and the housework a priority, what works for me is when i get up in the morning i get my son his breakfast and while hes eating i get the house picked up, i pick up everyday so that way the house never gets so messy that it takes a long time to clean, and then as soon as im done cleaning and were done with breakfast we get outside, go on a walk, go to the park, go shopping, just do something for a couple hours then we come home have lunch and he goes down for a nap and i get a little me time, hope this helps, but its off to the park, its that time again, good luck.

Get a routine going. My girls and I get out of the house in the morning. Somethings we do are go to the mall and play, go to the park, go to playgroups, and we use to belong to My Gym, my girls loved that but we don't do it anymore as they are in preschool 2 days a week. Then for keeping the house clean, the only thing I do everyday is dishes and I do those when my girls are napping in the afternoon and then I try to find at least one thing to do that is productive, and this can really be anything from folding laundry to walking/running on the treadmill. Also the toys only get picked up once a day and my girls do this around bed time. But at 15 months old you could have your son help you, make it a game.

I know what you mean. My son is 13 months. The easiest thing to do is to try and schedule out your day. He's at the perfect age to start really 'learning' things. So, sit down and make a schedule. Eat breakfast, and then for the next 1/2hr, play with blocks, then read a book, then try teaching him some baby signs...i've got a great site for that. Nap time should roll around, and you can get on the computer. Then lunch, and schedule out some more play time. Set aside an hour to go outside. If your day is scheduled and structured, it will be easier for you.

You could search the net to find fun things to do with your son. Limit the computer use for naps only and evenings so you have more time for your son and will have time to clean. If you set a schedule that you follow each day, it might make things more routine and easier to get things done. If I was a stay-at-home mom, I'd be the same way :) Lazy and bored.

well, one of the best things you can do it start a good morning routine, maybe just take a 10 min walk every morning, around the block or something.
or set some time out after breakfast ect everyday to do some sort of arts and crafts activity, playdough, painting, coloring, ect.
dont let yourself get on the computer till you've done something that day, use your computer time as your reward for having a productive day.

Schedule the activity, your more likely to do it if its written done. Check out your local mall for Mall Walkers. Gymboree is fun for mommy and me classes too.
If you get to addicted to the computer put it away for a while. Every once and a while i have to completely take my computer apart and put it in the clothest for a week.

Try a mommy and me program. You can get out and meet more mothers and your son can meet more children.
