direct deposits are available immediately. Although, sometimes there is a lag between the bank and the atm. In otherwords, you may be able to walk into the bank and withdraw money from your account after a dd, but the atm may not show it as being available for another 24 hours or so.

That depends upon how your bank posts them. If your refund was in the overnight ACH run it will usually be available at the beginning of the banking day. Some smaller banks post those manually and that may take an extra banking day or two. Since today is Friday, if it's not in your account today you'll have to wait until Monday as those are normally not posted on weekends.
Keep in mind that the estimated transmittal date on the IRS website isn't cast in stone. It may or may not have been transmitted on time.

It depends on your bank and the time it was deposited. If the amount is deposited after 2:00 then most banks do not put it into your account until the next working day. Call the bank and ask them about their policy. They really do differ per bank.

It might be available today or tomorrow. Some weeks the IRS sends the money a bit early. You will have to contact your bank to see if the money is available.
