If you took a test 3 times and it said you were pregnant 3 times, then there is no 'almost' about how sure you should be. You are pregnant.
If you took a test 3 times and it said you were not pregnant, then you should not have any reason to think that you are pregnant.
As for the sleeping pills, it depends on how many and how far along you are. Only a doctor can tell you for sure.

First, it is quite easy to get a false negative. Meaning, if it says you are not pregnant, you still may very well be....just not far enough along to test.
It is NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to falsely test positive. Meaning, if you took a test and it says you are pregnant, there is a chemical in your pee that is only there if you are pregnant. YOU ARE PREGNANT.
Sleeping pills, any pills, should be talked to about with your doctor. That is why all those commercials say "If you think you are pregnant or may become pregnant" on all those drug ads.
Never take any med while pregnant unless you are 100 percent sure it's safe. Remember, drug interactions are a huge consideration. You may take something, and not remember that you are taking something else daily (another med, even a vitamin) that will interact badly.
If you want to sleep, have some chamomile tea or some warm milk right before bed. Try a hot bath, then climb into bed and think quiet thoughts.

what did the test say are you pregnant? If so you should not take anything but what the Dr has told you to take. But if you took them before you found out then there is nothing you can do.But if it was just a 1 time thing then chances are pretty slim that it will effect the baby,if it was more i would talk to my Dr about it.good luck

3 tests came up positive?? Sleeping pills shouldn't hurt if you dont take any more and you are just getting implanted. Call a doctor and get tests done ASAP though to make sure and ease your mind. CONGRATS

Stop once you find out. I used to take Lunesta(precription sleep aid) everynight. I stopped when I found out I was pregnant, I was 3-4 weeks along when I found out

You should go to the doctor and ask because it's a serious question. It's good that you're concerned, but you really need a professional opinion.
