it was for yahoo personal it was 74.95 and it hasnt been put back i would like to why it has'nt been put back

You need to contact the Yahoo Personals customer service to remedy this situation.
You also need to cancell your Yahoo Personals account. They will keep billing you if you do not cancel your profile and your account.

Contact the customer service and seek clarification on the delay in refunding you the amount. They are usually very responsive.
