Seeing as this is in the Victoria, B.C. catagory, I assume you want to know what honeymooners do in Victoria.

Both the Laurel Point and the Delta hotels have fabulous honeymoon suites. The one in the Laurel Point has a two person jacuzzi tub!

For a romantic dinner I suggest Vista 18. It has a wonderful view of the city.

If smart they relax and have a good time.
Hopefully they have already had intimate sex a few times and do not feel the need to perform for each other.
The honeymoon is a great time to have relaxed sex and enjoy each other with an intimacy single life does not provide.
It is a time without kids to just be a couple. To make moments that will last a life time.

Relax after the rushing around before the wedding and spoend some quality time together before singing into the routine of being married.

I believe they go on a more intimate vacation to get to know each other a little better. Plus, hopefully, it is a great start to a new marriage..

Have lots and lots of sex.
