Many religions who believe in the creator say that desire is bad. But have you thought that creation is not possible without the desire to create, which may imply imperfection on the part of the alleged creator? I am taking this of a religious book. Just wanted to know your views. I'm not against anyones religion by the way so don't attack!

Yes it was God's desire to create you and me and everything else for us. God says in His Word the Holy Bible KJV that He
will give us THE DESIRES OF OUR HEART.

Jesus Christ died for our sins so we could have eternal life which will give us the desires of our heart. Do not confuse lust with desire.

Most religions who say that desire is bad don't believe in a Creator. Even if God did desire creation, that is not a vice or an imperfection. As with all vice, sin is simply a corruption of natural pathos. All sin and vice is simply misdirected or uncontrolled virtue.
But Christian theology is traditionally apophatic. If God is transcendent, then there can be so similarity between created and uncreated, and all positive statements about God are anthropomorphic. The most accurate statement about God and creation is that He didn't want to *not* create.

Bad or good may only exist once we percieve something, and if so thats a wrong spot to judge the power aboves intentions. Either way, the variable of willpower is key...

And if the created is a energy force and not a organic mass mapped out and constructed by psuedo random dna, then there is no such thing as imperfection in what god has created.

He desire to create to increase His happiness. Desires are natural originally in us in the pure state as spirit soul. When we desire to leave the association of God, and desire to enjoy separated from Him, He create these material Universes for us, in order we can fulfill our material desires. Spiritual desires is to serve and please God, and material desires is to serve and please our material body and senses.
