I have ground beef, velveeta, other various cheeses, many different spices, noodles, rice, onions, other veggies etc... Basically I have a huge pantry full of options but I really need a use for this ground beef? Any ideas?
Thank you so much and happy cooking!

Taglarini
Chop one small onion and brown it with about a pound of hamburger. Chop one green pepper. boil one package egg noodles. Put drained noodles, drained onion/hamburger mix and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add 1 can (drained) whole kernel corn, 1 can chopped ripe olives and 1 can chopped mushrooms. Add either a half can cream style corn or one of those little size cans. Smother the whole mess in diluted spaghetti sauce ( made to a 1 part water to 3 or 4 parts sauce mix). Pour in greased casserole dish and cover top with thinly sliced Velveeta. Bake at 350 until cheese is browned and bubbly. this tastes SO much better than it sounds.

Rigatoni: My family's favorite dish

Brown the meat, then add a jar of spaghetti sauce and your choice of veggies. ( I like mushrooms, onions, bell peppers and fresh spinach) Simmer while starting the water for the noodles.

Boil the noodles ( you can use spiral or rigatoni noodles... even macaroni noodles if they're large) I prefer rigatoni, but no one seems to mind the others.

Layer in a baking dish, starting with some sauce on the bottom so it doesn't burn...
sauce
noodles
sauce
3-4 velveeta slices
noodles
sauce
top with 3-4 velveeta slices

Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes (until the cheese is browning on the edges)

Serve and LOVE IT!

It's awesome for left overs too.

You can use whatever pasta form you want with your spaghetti sauce. I'd brown the ground beef and add the sauce then heat it thoroughly. Add some extra herbs and spices if you have them. Cook your pasta (I like bow ties or elbows or rotini with this) and drain. Then toss the pasta with the sauce. You can either serve it as is or put into a casserole and bake in the oven for a bit. I wouldn't use the Velveeta with it, but some people would.

How about some nice comfort food? Do up a meatloaf with a twist. Mix the ground beef with onion, garlic, eggs, cut up cheese, diced veggies, and seasonings to your taste. Bake and serve with potatoes.

Now you made me hungry. I think I am going to defrost some ground beef........

How about a super nacho platter.

Ground the beef, drain the fat. Add small can tomatoe sauce, kidney beans or pink beans or black beans w/the sauce in the can, chopped onion, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder. Simmer a while.
Lay out nacho chips on a platter, pour the chili mexture all over it. Next add alot of velveta and microwave for about 40 seconds, just to melt the cheese. Add to the platter (Chopped black olives, sour cream, ground up avacado) and serve........
