Put an Ice pack on your head and lie down in a dark, quiet room for a while. That's what I do when I get a headache and have no meds on me.

it depends what has cause the headache, headaches from drinking are a result of the body being dehydrated, especially the lining around the brain. as the lining dehydrates it is pull taught, creating pain. the simplist way to resolve the pain is to drink plenty of water, as the body rehydrates, the pain will fade.

hope it works for you

Try pinching the skin in between the thumb and the first finger, my mum swears that this works.

Give it a try, and I hope your headache goes away.
