Bobs are very cute. To reduce the frizz get some layers but not to bold. Try some side swipe bangs too. It'll be sooo cute!!!

to find something that fits you best you should look at hair magazines. The Euro ones have the styles that aren't very common. But if you are looking for something more trendy try and American one. You can look at a book store and if you find a cut u like , buy the magazine and show your stylist.

Maybe you want the bangs of one cut but the style of another. your stylist should be able to work with it. It helps if u have a picture too.

Bobs are very cute on oval shaped faces!! Make sure you get it layered, and have a bang on the side that's slightly shorter than the rest of your hair! Oh my gosh I just pictured it...it'll be very cute!

Try some nice layers to give hair volume, summer is coming so maybe add some subtle highlights?

A bob is great idea. You could use hairstyles software to find out what length you like and feel comfortable with.
