Since it's Tibetan terrier, find a site with names and words from that region and pick something you think appropriate. Wait until you see the pup, that way you'll be able to find the name that really suits her.

When you get the puppy set it on one side of the yard and call out names till it comes then put it back call some more including the one it answered to untill it answers to the same one three times that is how we name our dogs and they seem to respond better when they get to pick thir own names.
good luck and have fun with the puppy.

I would go to a baby naming website and try there. The link I'm giving lets you search by name, origin, male and female, most popular, and meanings, it's great!!!
I'm writing a book so it really comes in handy for naming my characters.

Imagine calling names out loud for her to come to you. If it sounds ridiculous, it is. Also, dogs respond better to short, two syllable names with hard accents and hard vowels (Fido, for example instead of Fluffywuffy)... so whatever you come up with, if it's not short, figure out what "nickname" you will be calling out... trust me... a mouthful of syllables is inconvenient when you are trying to teach her to come to you or she's run out in the yard and you want to call her back in... It may sound cute, but they can be hard to use in day to day life.
