I'd like to know if such a thing exists ( The Opening of The Third Eye)...what are the signals or results to know when it gets opened ?

As far as I know it is not definitively scientifically verifiable.
If you consider that the chakras are rationalisations for normal parts of the human psyche, then you can definitely give them credence. If you think of them as entities, then you'd have a hard time finding proof.
You can only come up with a meaningful answer by empirical experimentation. Try it and see.

you will know if and when it happens, you need to beleive and develope your scence. everyone actually has a gift, it just needs to be developed.
