When you fast your metabolism slows down so you actually burn less fat. As above your body switches into starvation mode and starts burning muscle and stores fat .
Small regular meals breakfast , snack, lunch ,snack dinner, evening snack. Low fat high fibre, (fibre from veg and fruit rather than carbohydrates) is the best bet along with exercise. Exercise doesn't mean running til you puke or high impact aerobics it can be 20 minute walk at lunch and evening.
If the fasting is for cleansing, do a proper cleanse and drink plenty 100% natural fruit/vegetable juices and vitamin supplements. and for no more than 72 hours

When you fast your metabolic rate slows done so that your body conserves nutrients etc, but if you fast for too long you will develope deficiencies and your body wont be able to function correctly.
If you plan on not drinking water as well this will make the condition even worse and you will not be able to fast for very long.
Also remember that once you some out of your fast you should increase the amout of food that you consume slowly, because if you go back to your usual diet straight away your body will not be able to cope and you could have a heart attack.

Depends on why u want to fast or why u have to fast, If u are one of the unfortunate ones who do not have food or clean water to drink then u surely have no choice but to starve and die, but if u want to fast for harming ur body well i suggest u never try tht cos the result will be the same,

When you fast, your body goes into starvation mode- you feel tired, cold, irritable. It is a bad way to lose weight, because your body will fight to keep any weight you have, and once you start eating again, will hold onto even more calories than it would have done before. Speak with your Dr about a healthy eating plan instead.

Don't fast. If you starve your body you won't lose weight. I used a diet from Diet and Wellness. I lost a stone and a half in 6 weeks and have kept it off for 6 years now!

What your suggesting is both silly and dangerous, I hope your not planning on trying to do that. The quick fix doesn't work anyway, as soon as you start to eat again the weight will go back. The only way is slow and steady, with a bit more exercise than you normally do.

If you fast your body will panic and start eating itself. You will cause irrepairable damage to your internal organs and eventually if you do it for a long time you will die. Water will keep you alive a little longer. Hope your not gonna do this to yourself that would just be insane!!

If you fast, and dont eat healthily then your body will store the fat it has, thinking that it isnt going to get food again. The only way to lose weight properly is to eat healthily little and often and exercise.

i'm definiely no tornado expert nor a tornado survivor to grant an account of what occurs on your physique if caught interior a tornado. yet my good judgment can consider the different comments approximately debris and huge flying gadgets hitting your physique (like being in a blender), broken bones and probable not being waiting to respire precise from being in such intense velocity wind.

if you fast for too long you die.
Your loose weight, get dizzy, feel sick, feel cold, get headaches.
And even when you are fasting you should drink water
My advice is to go to your doctor and ger professional advice - most people on this site haven't got a clue.
