What if you listed all the special moments, etc. that have occurred since they were married, including births of children, weddings, grandchildren, etc. And then end it with "All because two people fell in love". ?

The very best poem for your Grandparents will be the one you write yourself. It's really not that hard. Sit down and think about what they mean to you, and what they have meant to your family.
I'll bet money you can write an awesome poem.
