some old ladies say that rope jumping can have negative effects on a womans reproductive system!!- this doesnt make sense to me. can someone explain please??!

It was also once forbidden for women to run marathons because medical doctors said that the uterus would fall out. At one point women couldn’t buy running shoes because they weren’t allowed to run for this reason. There was no physiological reason for this: it’s just what the “experts” in convention medicine said.

In 1967 Kathrine Switzer snuck into the Boston Marathon and ran the entire race wearing a hooded sweatshirt, with the hood up! She proved that a woman could run and started a landslide of other women first sneaking into marathons. The first women’s marathon was held in the Olympics in 1984.

There’s no reason why jumping rope would harm the uterus either. The old women were lied to and they accepted it as truth.

It is an excellent form of exercise although a woman should have good breast support if she does it as a regular exercise

Not at all.in fact it gives more and more stamina and suppleness.If someone who is incapable of doing it say anything its all sheer discouragement.Go ahead you will not only be fit physically but mentally too.a healthy mother gets a healthy child.

No, actually it is good excercise. A woman should not do it when shes pregnant though.

it doesn't make sense to me either.
maybe it's because they're old and it's impossible for them to do it so they said that in order not to be jealous :D
