Assuming by "drops" that you mean your hair lacks in volume, I will address the issue of limp hair. Hopefully this is helpful to you. For clients who have come to me with "limp" hair there are several items to consider. First and foremost, I strip away any build-up on the hair with a clarifying treatment. This can be done on a monthly basis with a clarifying shampoo. Secondly, I analyze the integrity of the hair and determine whether or not further treating the hair is necessary - protein, moisture, or both. The next step is choosing a haircut that will support the hair - meaning that not every hairstyle is made to give lift and volume to every hair type. So, it's a matter of choosing the best possible style for the desired result and then modifying it to suit the individual personal needs. The last item of business is styling products, styling options, and maintenance. Professional products that I have had great success with on limp-ish hair are: Bumble & bumble Thickening Spray (concentrated in the root area), Bumble & bumble Styling Creme (for roots and ends), Redken Thickening Cream (all over body builder), Graham Webb Root Volumizing Spray (root area), Graham Webb Weightless Body Spray (roots and ends) - just to name a few. Apply products as directed. Blow dry all of the hair around the head from the temples down to remain close to the head. Blow dry hair from the temples up in the direction opposite the way you would like it to fall. This overdirection creates oodles of body in the crown area when the hair is allowed to fall back to its natural fall. Yes, it's a lot of information. Make an appointment with your local stylist , and good luck.

What do you mean by "drops"? You mean, it just hang there? If so, cut it to allow more bounce and blowdry with your head upside down with a diffuser and use products designed to give you bounce. You must cut it though because excessive weight just weights down your hair and it looks boring and sometimes can make you look ugly.
