I am just so tired of the payment gateway I’m using, after 5 months of working with them, I have never received a payout from them on time, not even once, it’s very annoying.

The problem is not the gateway, but the date at which the payment is initially made and then processed. If the customer took into consideration the processing time so that you were paid on the due date, then you wouldn't have a problem. I would instruct your customers to pay atleast 5 days in advance of the due date, maybe even longer.

I have my checking account with Wachovia and use their on line payment system. I put in the date I want the check sent and I've never had a problem. Everything gets sent on the date I ask it to be sent.

I do have to have the payments into their system about 5 days prior to the date I actually want the check sent though.

One of my friends does basically the same thing with Bank of America. In both of our cases, we are using the payment system of the bank we actually bank with though.
