I found a pill, it is pink, long shape, has 3600 on one side and a v on the other.

It could possibly be a 10 mg hydrocodone pill. Here's a picture:

It's most likely a Vicodin tablet (acetaminophen; hydrocodone).
You can always call your local pharmacy too and they can identify it over the phone for you.

in my mind there's only one way to find out... and i wouldn't recommend it. give it to your parents, so they can properly discard it. ;)
